Delivery

Returns & Exchanges
It‘s bummed to us if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date and we have made the returns so easy for you!
- Confirm your order number and email.
- Submit a return request with details and supporting images/videos.
- Wait 3-5 business days for approval.
- Receive a shipping label via email, package the item, and send it back.
- Once inspected at the warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed if conditions are met.
We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
For certain European countries (including Italy, Greece, Poland, Ireland, and Spain), customers are required to cover part of the return shipping cost, based on actual fees.
All other countries continue to receive free return labels.
