Will embroidery affect comfort or last through frequent washing?
No. Our embroidery is designed to lay flat against the fabric, preventing irritation during long shifts. Each piece is tested for wash durability and can withstand machine washing and tumble drying without fading or unraveling—making it even more durable than traditional printing.
Can I choose the thread color and placement?
Yes. We offer a wide range of thread colors and placement options, including chest, sleeve, or above the pocket. You can specify your preferences during customization to ensure the final piece matches your style and professional needs.
What if I’m not satisfied with the embroidery result?
Before production, we’ll provide a digital mock-up for your approval. Once approved, embroidery cannot be changed. However, if the stitching or placement differs from the approved design, we’ll remake it at no additional cost.
Will embroidery add time to my order?
Yes, slightly. Embroidered orders typically require 2–5 additional business days depending on complexity and quantity. For large team or bulk orders, we’ll provide a clear delivery estimate upfront to ensure your deadlines are met.
