To start a return:
We guarantee the quality of goods and services and hope you are very excited about the purchase with us at Uniforms-World. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the guide below, or contact us for return assistance.
Returns, Refunds, And Exchanges
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state in which you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Before They Go items, custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in their description.
For US or Canada Returns and Exchanges:
① After you have placed your order you have 1 day in which to cancel your order. Within this 1 day, you will be given a full refund.
*A full refund will take 1 business day to arrive in your account.
② The order has been placed for more than one day and is in shipping status, but you have not received the goods. We will deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund.
*It will take up to 3 business days for the refund to reach your account. Shipping is at your expense.
③ We offer free returns and exchanges if the product is damaged in transit or if there is obvious damage to the product itself.
*Return or exchange processing time generally takes 10 working days.The calculation starts from the time your return is received at our warehouse.
④ If the size of the product (scrub top or pants) does not fit, we offer an exchange service, but you will need to pay the exchange shipping costs.

Once your items are returned to and processed at our warehouse, you'll be notified via email of your refund or new order (if it's an exchange).
*US and Canadian customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Every local return warehouse is different, so we can't show them all, we'll give you the nearest return location based on your location! If you need to return an item for a refund, please contact us or email@example.com .
After 14 days of receiving your good, no refunds or returns and no Exchanges can be issued.*
Receiving a Refund
The returned product must be brand new and undamaged, unwashed and unaltered, and labeled in its original saleable condition. Your full refund will be issued after the goods have arrived at Uniforms World and are inspected by the team.
Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
