Embroidery Customization FAQ
Can I customize just one item?
Yes! We support single-item customization—no minimum order required.
What can I customize with embroidery?
You can embroider names, job titles, departments, or simple icons/logos. We recommend keeping it under 12 characters for best results.
Can I choose the embroidery placement?
Yes, common placements include left chest and right chest. You'll be able to choose during checkout.
What do I need to upload or provide?
For text embroidery, simply enter it on the product page. For logos or icons, please upload a high-resolution PNG or PDF file.
Will customization delay the shipping?
Customized orders will take about 3 extra business days on top of the standard processing time.
Can I return or exchange customized items?
Sorry, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a quality issue. Please double-check your design and size before ordering.
What font styles are available?
We offer various font styles such as Standard, Rounded, and Script. Preview options are available on the product page.
Is rush service available?
Rush service is currently not available for single-item customization. Please plan ahead!
